That’s why we created the Creative Ideas Consult™ as a way of guiding potential clients in the right direction, exploring ideas in a safe, approachable environment, and offering clarity on potential construction costs required to actualise your vision.

We offer our Creative Ideas Consult™ as a stand alone service at a small fee, which means you are free to explore ideas and recommendations for your next steps, without obligation.

What is included?

During our consult, we will meet with you in person at your home or new home site to get to know you, your space, and obtain clarity on your desired outcomes. From there, we work collaboratively with you to bring your vision to life right before your eyes, crafting schematic visual sketches by hand which are yours to keep after our session.

Our schematic sketches is partly what makes our approach so unique. This traditional Pen to Paper Philosophy allows us to capture a timeless essence and bring an intuitive nature to the design process which may otherwise be lost.

We also discuss practical requirements, including potential construction costs and offer tailored design recommendations according to your budget.

By the end of our meeting, you will have:

  • Detailed schematic hand-drawn designs of your vision
